As the Recovery Officer, you will be responsible for revenue recovery from developers against the invoiced sales from Bayut. You will be meeting developers for timely payments to Bayut.
In this role, you will:
Prepare and share daily Reporting & Analysis for Recovery status for all projects to give visibility to management and the finance team.
Bifurcate developers and projects into Good, Average, and Chronic based on the recovery ratio and make timely escalation of chronic cases to management to avoid bad debts in the future.
Follow up and ensure Ifragh completion.
Ensure funds deposit to Developer account and share the report with Finance & Head of Sales.
Follow up for invoicing the completed units.
Recover each invoice within the Turnaround Time (defined in the SOPs).
Archive Invoice Copies, Developer Deposits & Acknowledgments, and Recovery for Bayut.
Realize revenue from Developer to Bayut Account.
Handle leg work for recovery-related legal matters for delivery and collection of documents.
Carry out recovery from Developers and, in some cases, from clients.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
At least 1-2 years of previous experience in a Real Estate or Recovery role in any industry.
Proven experience in meeting or exceeding targets.
In-depth knowledge of commercial avenues.
Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
A deep understanding of the market services/products.
Understanding of real estate sales.
Ability to accurately forecast sales.
Ability to analyze data to find trends and problems.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong team orientation, communication, creative & analytical skills.
