The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Relationship Executive to join our community of business development professionals. Your role will involve supporting the growth of small and medium-sized businesses by generating leads, evaluating potential sellers via phone and email, and facilitating their successful launch on Mahali. Building strong relationships with sellers to foster mutual growth, training, and gathering feedback to improve Mahali's products and services will be key aspects of your role.

This position is based in Riyadh, KSA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential local sellers to Mahali.
  • Prioritize and manage a portfolio of local sellers to help them achieve their opportunities and goals, focusing on both inputs and outputs metrics.
  • Act as a consultant to sellers, providing data-driven insights and advice to support their success and growth.
  • Spot business opportunities by analyzing popular brands, trends, and pricing to guide the growth plan.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of issues affecting seller performance and contribute to product development and process improvements.
  • Work closely with sellers to educate and train them on Mahali's selling processes, track and report results, analyze data, interpret reports, and develop actionable recommendations.
