Job description

A Snapshot of Your Day

You will be part of our regional hub sales support team for Compression, preparing customer quotes for spare parts opportunities, repair opportunities, as well as full outage projects including field service. This position will advise and support Client Managers to determine customer needs and identify service opportunities. You will coordinate between the Product Competence Centers (PCCs) and various stakeholders such as supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, service project management, and client managers.

This role reports to the Head of Sales Support - Bid Management Middle East for Compression and is based in Dammam, KSA.

How You’ll Make An Impact

1. Preparation of technical and commercial service proposals.
2. Provide administrative, technical, and commercial support to the sales team.
3. Collaborate with other departments to create and develop proposal scopes.
4. Request and receive pricing from affiliate vendors to support proposals.
5. Engage and collaborate with other departments to handle orders.
6. Participate in process improvement activities.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment, sales cycles, processes, and CRM tools like Salesforce.com or similar, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Experience with complex tender compilation and preparation, with high attention to detail.
• Strong business acumen, commercial sense, and effective communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, commitment to success, good interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Experience working in a sales team with sales calculations is preferred.
