Job Description:

Lecturer assist in Master of Public Health Program

Requirements:

• Evidence of excellence in medical education preferred, with demonstrated teaching/facilitating experience and skill in presenting to students and colleagues.
• Strong track record of academic achievements and research productivity.
• Experience in teaching and mentoring at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse and multicultural academic community.
• Solid technological skills and experience with virtual learning platforms (Moodle), computer-assisted delivery of didactic and active learning content, video-conferencing and other academic/computing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Suite, Teams, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with faculty, staff, and students.
• Exhibit flexibility, adaptability and be open to and embrace creative, innovative ideas of others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the core faculty members in teaching of Master of Public Health Program.
• Supporting the core faculty in preparing course descriptions, implementing various assessment methods, and preparing course specifications, course reports, etc. as per the NCAAA norms.
• Contributing/involving in scholarly research and publication activity related to the field.
• Undertaking a range of administrative tasks through various committees, university services, and social responsibilities.
• Ensuring that the courses are taught in accordance with the learning objectives.

Preferred Qualification & Experience:

• Masters in related field (Public Health) with a minimum of 2 years experience.
• Qualification from western accredited universities will be preferred.
