Lecturer assist in Master of Public Health Program
Requirements:
Evidence of excellence in medical education preferred, with demonstrated teaching/facilitating experience and skill in presenting to students and colleagues.
Strong track record of academic achievements and research productivity.
Experience in teaching and mentoring at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse and multicultural academic community.
Solid technological skills and experience with virtual learning platforms (Moodle), computer-assisted delivery of didactic and active learning content, video-conferencing and other academic/computing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Suite, Teams, etc.).
Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with faculty, staff, and students.
Exhibit flexibility, adaptability and be open to and embrace creative, innovative ideas of others.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the core faculty members in teaching of Master of Public Health Program.
Supporting the core faculty in preparing course descriptions, implementing various assessment methods, and preparing course specifications, course reports, etc. as per the NCAAA norms.
Contributing/involving in scholarly research and publication activity related to the field.
Undertaking a range of administrative tasks through various committees, university services, and social responsibilities.
Ensuring that the courses are taught in accordance with the learning objectives.

Preferred Qualification & Experience:
Masters in related field (Public Health) with a minimum of 2 years experience.
Qualification from western accredited universities will be preferred.
