Job description

Responsibilities
  1. Communicate with inspection teams and vendors to ensure availability and readiness for scheduled inspections.
  2. Prepare / transmit inspection notifications and maintain accurate records of inspection results in an organized manner.
  3. Track and report on inspection outcomes, including any challenges or non-conformances identified during the inspection process.
  4. Collaborate with quality control teams and other departments to resolve any issues identified during inspections.
  5. Review and ensure all necessary documentation (e.g., certifications, specifications) is complete and accurate before and after inspections.
  6. Maintain weekly progress reports provided by Expeditors.
  7. Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of inspections and any potential issues.
  8. Monitor compliance with industry standards, company procedures, and project requirements.
  9. Support the creation and updating of inspection protocols and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  10. Maintain and develop positive relationships with third-party inspection agencies.
  11. Act as a facilitator between supplier, Zeeco, and Contractors.
  12. Prepare and maintain logs for inspections, reports, inspection hours, NCRs, issues, and lessons learned.
Minimum Requirements
  1. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
  2. Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering OR
  3. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  4. EXPERIENCE:
  5. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with more than 5 years of working experience in Oil & Gas industry OR
  6. Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with more than 3 years of working experience in Oil & Gas industry.
