As a Sr Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the financial analysis and decision-making process for our Building Automation (BA) business unit. You will be responsible for providing financial insights, conducting financial planning and analysis, and supporting the business unit's strategic initiatives.
You will report directly to our Finance Manager, and you'll work out of our Lugoj location on a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive business growth and profitability
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Support decision-making processes by providing financial analysis and recommendations
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Key skills and qualifications:



• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software
