About the role:
- TheLead Account Strategy is responsible for leading the account management and content teams, managing airline accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service that reflects Touch’s values. This role includes strategic oversight of the account, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving innovation to enhance the overall customer experience and service delivery, aligned with the Airline strategic goals.

About the responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Innovation
- Build strong, trustworthy relationships with the team;
- Foster a culture of innovation and proactivity within the team, encouraging a forward-thinking, and customer-focused approach;
- Manage and guide all team efforts to achieve established goals, ensuring on-time deliveries and adherence to customer SLAs, KPIs and strategic goals;
- When needed, represent the airline customer internally, engaging with stakeholders to deliver outstanding, human-oriented customer service.
Strategic Customer Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key customer stakeholders;
- Gain a deep understanding of the airline’s brand values, strategic positioning, marketing priorities, and sales objectives, and apply this knowledge to align Touch’s products and services with the airline’s goals;
- Ensure that the agreed level of service is delivered, tools are properly implemented, and team objectives are clearly communicated across all levels;
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of content cycles, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded.
Seeking Innovation & Strategic Partnerships
- Identify innovative ideas and potential partnerships aligned with the airline’s brand needs and objectives;
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to design creative solutions that elevate the client’s inflight entertainment experience;
- Position Touch as a strategic partner by proactively addressing emerging trends and delivering tailored solutions that resonate with the airline’s unique identity.
Opportunity Identification
- In alignment with Commercial teams, identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the scope of work with the client, driving increased relevance and value of Touch’s services;
- Spearhead initiatives to deliver innovative solutions and elevate the customer experience, positioning Touch as a strategic partner for airline clients.
About you:
- Professional working proficiency in Arabic is mandatory;
- Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory;
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
- Background in the entertainment and/or aviation industry is a plus;
- Customer service experience is a plus;
- Project management experience required;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset;
- Ethical, highly motivated, and adaptable
- Analytical and data-driven approach;
- Leadership and strategic thinking abilities;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Comfortable working in multicultural environments;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Keynote.
