Responsibilities:
- Assist and develop Industrial Master Planning opportunities and projects that combine the capabilities of different Advisian business lines.
- Help to strengthen the integration of the TIL team with other disciplines leading significant industrial and infrastructure projects.
- Have an interest in the regional and global transition of energy renewables.
- Assist in growing an expert Infrastructure Consulting services offering.
- Proactively engage in the Business Development interface for Transport, Infrastructure and Logistics Business Line.
- Contribute to the Advisian TIL Business Development Strategy.
- Assist and represent the industrial infrastructure disciplines in client engagements.
- Be part of a team responsible for the delivery of projects.
- Work with project managers and be involved in project management.
- Support the team on proposals and methodologies.
- Engage directly in key pursuit activities to develop our growth strategy.
Skills/qualifications required:
- Relevant years’ experience in a master planning design role.
- Experience in leading a master planning team.
- Strong network of clients and co-professionals.
- Excellent communication skills (graphically and verbally).
- Strategic thinker, curious, analytical, and interested in outside-box solutions.
- Collaborative and comfortable in group workshop environments.
- Always seeking innovation and continual improvement.
- Understand the importance of a clear narrative and story-driven approach.
- Ability to travel and work with a global team.
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken & written); Arabic speaking will be an advantage.
