ASMO aims to be operational in 2025 and provide reliable end-to-end integrated procurement and supply chain services for companies across the industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors. Our focus customers in the short term will be Saudi Aramco and its Affiliates. In the long term, all the industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia aim to reach the MENA region.
Objective:
Supports operations with process CI tools, KPI failure resolution, and account management support. Manages the process of preparing and publishing metrics for internal and external use. Analyzes business methods to find efficient alternatives and solve issues.
General Responsibilities:
- Analyzes workflows within and across all departments to determine synergies between various production lines.
- Reviews KPI monitoring systems and determines ways to improve the ability to maintain company operations.
- Creates Failure Mode and Effects Analysis for each production line within a start-up environment.
- Partners with the customer on containment actions in production and corrective actions to improve outgoing product quality.
- Drives troubleshooting technology to be used within operations to reduce cycle time and increase yield.
- Ensures WHS/TSP procedures efficiently utilize materials, methods, and personnel.
- Works with external and/or customer resources to resolve product issues.
- Provides guidance to technicians on troubleshooting complex product reconfiguration and technical issues.
- Develops and maintains an effective closed-loop learning process enabling technicians to resolve more issues successfully.
- Creates and maintains SOPs and training/troubleshooting procedures as required.
- Identifies and implements cost reductions in pursuit of Continuous Improvement Program.
- Maintains an updated outlook on all associated business costs and delivers quarterly reports on industry trends to management.
- Works closely with Test Engineering on programs to test systems, review test performance, and drive improvements from test yield data.
- Collaborates directly with the customer’s engineering staff, demonstrating leadership and high technical standards for new projects and existing equipment and processes.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
- Recommends training and development interventions for team members to build capabilities.
- Leads project teams, coaching, development, and performance management.
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
- Implements all relevant department policies, processes, procedures, and instructions for controlled and consistent work execution.
- Prepares timely and accurate reports to meet departmental requirements, policies, and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.
- Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent is preferred.
- 7 years of experience in logistics and supply chain.
