We are a well-established trading company in Riyadh, seeking an experienced and strategic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our Power and water Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies. With a successful track record of selling to Saudi Electric Compnay and SWCC.

You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the company maintains a competitive edge in the industrial trading sector. This position requires a proactive leader who is results-oriented and capable of managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and target new market segments, industries, and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
  • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to meet individual and team goals.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align business strategies and improve market positioning.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, product promotions, and participation in industry events.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
  • New product introduction and end user approvals.

Skills

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in sales and marketing roles within the industrial or trading sector
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Proven track record in business development and revenue generation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • In-depth understanding of the Saudi industrial market and customer behavior
  • Ability to analyze data, create strategic plans, and manage execution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage
