Core Responsibilities
  1. Provide management information and insights on all aspects of work area performance to facilitate decision-making, both periodically and for ad-hoc requests.
  2. Follow all departmental policies, processes, SOPs, and instructions to ensure controlled and consistent work execution.
  3. Review customer contracts and record them in internal systems according to policy.
  4. Estimate materials needed to deliver contracts based on tender specifications.
  5. Review project specifications and identify sources of supply from Otis factories.
  6. Coordinate with various Otis teams (factories, sales, engineering) to gather cost information for technical and commercial requirements.
  7. Prepare estimation price lists covering materials, manpower, duties, fees, tools, transportation, etc., as per project conditions and procedures.
  8. Calculate margins and build safe buffers to ensure profitable sales.
  9. Order materials as per approved drawings.
  10. Maintain records of sales activities and contracts using E-Logistic tools.
  11. Archive all contract terms and conditions according to process.
  12. Review key reports monthly to identify trends or metrics needing further analysis.
  13. Set performance goals at the beginning of the year in discussion with the manager and ensure their achievement.
  14. Identify and agree on training and development needs with the manager to facilitate ongoing growth.
  15. Strive for high proficiency in all required skills and competencies.
  16. Stay updated on professional developments and new techniques through continued education.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales, or equivalent.
  • Relevant certification such as Certified Sales Associate (CSA) or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 3 years of relevant sales operations experience in a construction or engineering organization.
  • Minimum of 2 years in roles with increasing responsibilities.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic is preferred.
