We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support our recruitment and on boarding activities. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is enthusiastic about starting a career in Human Resources and eager to learn the foundations of talent acquisition and employee integration.

Employment Type: Full-time

Reporting To: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across appropriate channels
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Prepare and organize onboarding documents for new hires
  • Assist in scheduling and facilitating employee onboarding sessions
  • Ensure all joining formalities and paperwork are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records in recruitment and onboarding systems
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in recruitment and employee engagement
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • No prior experience required – training will be provided
