Job description

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage industrial maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and compliance with standards. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance, continuous improvement, and supporting APSCO’s mission to deliver high-quality energy solutions in line with Vision 2030.

Qualifications & Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Advanced training or certification in maintenance management, reliability engineering, or asset management is a plus.

Relevant Work Experience:

• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in industrial maintenance.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience managing preventive and corrective maintenance in manufacturing or industrial facilities.
• Hands-on involvement in project execution, safety systems, and equipment reliability programs.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
• Proficient in maintenance management systems (e.g., CAM) and ERP tools (e.g., JDE).
• Solid understanding of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 14001), safety compliance, and calibration procedures.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
