About The Job

The Entrepreneurs Experience Analyst will work to seek, identify, and select Saudi Arabia's top high-impact entrepreneurs. The Analyst will also contribute to other aspects of the organization such as network development, executive support, data management, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Support Endeavor Saudi Arabia Search & Selection Process:

1. Proactively seek out and screen high-potential entrepreneurs running companies with $2 million to $15 million in annualized sales that have the potential to become regional and global market leaders.
2. Assess the companies' growth potential and critical challenges as well as the entrepreneurial capacity of their teams.
3. Draft company overviews and detailed profiles for use at Endeavor's Local and International Selection Panels, analyzing the business concept, innovation, growth potential, and management team.
4. Prepare and coach final candidates for Local and International Selection Panels.
5. Maintain up-to-date statistics on Endeavor's Selection Process and an ongoing pipeline of potential entrepreneur candidates.

Other Responsibilities

• Research potential avenues for expanding the mentor network.
• Assist in developing board-level presentations and executive documents.
• Manage and update internal databases.
• Support senior team members in daily activities proactively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, recent graduate, or 1-2 years of relevant work experience (international experience is a plus).
• Good business judgment: ability to identify and evaluate world-class entrepreneurs and companies.
• Strong work ethic and capacity to work long hours and weekends when required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
• Entrepreneurial personality with the capacity to achieve significant results with limited resources.
• Highly motivated, focused, creative, flexible, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral; fluent in Arabic.
• Proficiency in computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel internationally.
