Job description

JASARA PMC is looking for a highly skilled Senior Risk Manager to join our dynamic team. As a collaborative joint venture involving the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, we strive to deliver exceptional social infrastructure programs across Saudi Arabia.

The Senior Risk Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing risk management across multiple projects within a Sub-District. This includes implementing risk policies, standards, and processes, capturing risks and opportunities, and supporting integration with suppliers and interfacing parties.

The role also involves developing risk solutions integrated with cost management, scheduling, reporting, and change management. The Senior Risk Manager will act as the focal point for the risk community and collaborate closely with the Office of District Owner (ODO) Risk managers to ensure district risk management process quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Implement risk processes and systems supporting project delivery within a Sub-District or District within Qiddiya.
• Collaborate with delivery teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders to assess risk profiles and develop management plans.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and monitor risk exposure organization-wide.
• Aggregate risk data to generate Risk Registers and reports as required.
• Ensure efficient data flow and reporting throughout the project hierarchy.
• Facilitate Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) and modeling, producing output reports.
• Review Contractor Risk Management Plans and analyses, managing output quality.
• Lead continuous improvement of risk processes and systems.
• Provide guidance and training on risk management practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Maintain risk management dashboards and communicate risk status to senior management.

Requirements

• Degree in a related field with 10+ years of experience, including managerial roles overseeing senior discipline leads and technical support teams. An MBA or MSc is desirable.
• Experience in delivering risk management on major programs, designing processes and systems. Proficiency with ARM, Safran, P6, RISKONNECT, PRA, or @RISK software.
• Proven ability to manage large teams, drive excellence, and improve processes, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage complex tasks effectively and exercise good judgment.
• Thorough knowledge of current technologies and software capabilities.
• Ability to conduct briefings at all management levels, with effective problem-solving skills.
• Strong networking skills across departments and external stakeholders.
