Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a passionate and experienced Health and Safety Senior Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development, implementation, and management of health and safety policies and programs to ensure the wellbeing of employees, contractors, and visitors across all Qiddiya projects.

The Health and Safety Senior Manager will play a key role in fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and sustainability within the organization, aligning with Qiddiya's overall strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce comprehensive health and safety strategies compliant with best practices and legal standards, tailored to Qiddiya's operational environment.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and oversee corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and establish thorough reporting mechanisms.
• Design and deliver safety training programs to educate staff and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate health and safety practices into all operational phases.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining proper documentation and reporting.
• Serve as the primary contact for health and safety inquiries, providing guidance to management and staff.
• Keep abreast of industry standards, trends, and legislation to continuously enhance safety practices.

**Desired Candidate Profile**

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in health and safety management, preferably in large-scale construction or projects.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing safety programs and policies.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
