Job Specification :
  • Knowledge of HIMS is an added advantage; knowledge of hospital flow is a big plus.
  • Implementation hands-on experience (minimum 4 years).
  • Always ready to travel.
  • Customer management skills.
  • Good negotiation skills.
Roles & Responsibilities :
  • Plan and track implementations.
  • Team management.
  • Attend customer meetings.
  • Ensure high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) levels.
