Job description

We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Reliability Maintenance Engineers.

The role of the Reliability Maintenance Engineer focuses on ensuring safety regulations and policies are followed, conducting preventative maintenance to high standards, and providing high equipment availability through continuous improvement.

Shift Pattern

This role involves working in non-traditional shift patterns, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prioritize health & safety best practices in all work, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
2. Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for FC assets, including material handling and automation systems.
3. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot systems such as relay logic, ladder diagrams, sensors, motor starters, electronic sensors, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, and mechanical components.
4. Promote safety awareness within the team and across the site.
5. Manage daily engineering operations, soft services, housekeeping, and premises upkeep.
6. Ensure EHS and statutory compliance, including waste management and license renewals.
7. Build and maintain positive relationships across all organizational levels.
8. Provide constructive feedback to enhance individual performance.
9. Prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively under high pressure.
10. Oversee facility operations, including conveyor system maintenance, supervising maintenance work and subcontractors, and implementing system checks via computerized maintenance management systems.
11. Support technicians through motivation, knowledge sharing, and hands-on guidance.
12. Work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
13. Apply experience in reliability-centered maintenance environments.
14. Possess knowledge of diverse MHS, mechanical, electrical, automation, controls, and robotics systems.
15. Have at least 3 years of experience as a maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial or manufacturing/distribution environments.
16. Hold a Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, automation engineering, or related fields.

Additional qualifications include experience in material handling systems and a thorough understanding of facility maintenance tools and procedures.
