Talent Acquisition Trainee (Tamheer Program)

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia | Full-Time 6-Month Training Program

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a fresh graduate to join our Talent Acquisition team through Tamheer Program.

This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about Talent Acquisition & Onboarding, eager to gain hands-on HR experience, and looking to develop their career in a professional and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-up communications
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with the HR team on various hiring campaigns and projects
• Support employee induction programs and assist in planning onboarding activities or events
• Ensure all pre-employment requirements (documents, clearances, etc.) are completed in a timely manner
• Act as a point of contact for new hires during the onboarding period to ensure a smooth transition

Work Environment:

• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour break)

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Must be a fresh graduate and eligible for the Tamheer Program
• Languages: English and Arabic
