The ideal candidate is a skilled marketer and a creative thinker with experience across the Middle East region, especially in Saudi Arabia. They should be a visionary strategist and a 'go-to-market' expert with experience in planning and executing multi-channel customer experiences, developing and presenting content, and managing strategic opportunities, campaigns, and partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver SMB advertiser adoption and revenue growth through innovative strategies, education, strategic partnerships, and campaigns across the Middle East.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to identify regional SMB needs using data, campaigns, and content.
- Drive new cash activations, revenue, and engagement through bespoke marketing campaigns working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and execute comprehensive SMB acquisition and growth plans, including strategic partnerships and campaigns in the META market.
- Establish and nurture relationships with high-potential external SMB partners, managing the partnership lifecycle from opportunity identification to evaluation.
- Identify and manage strategic SMB ecosystem partnerships, developing marketing programs for high-value SMBs in Saudi Arabia.
- Create and implement compelling program narratives and sales materials for seasonal and ongoing campaigns, coordinating with relevant teams.
- Design and oversee execution of bespoke marketing campaigns and engagement strategies, working with cross-functional partners.
- Advocate for SMB customers internally, influencing teams to prioritize SMB needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Manage third-party agencies to ensure high-quality campaign creation and execution.
- Share best practices and collaborate with regional and global teams to achieve full-funnel success.
- Contribute insights to broader team initiatives, communicating strategies and timelines effectively.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign and partnership performance across digital platforms.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years in marketing or B2B strategic marketing and partnerships, preferably in digital marketing and SMB sector.
- Strong familiarity with the META region's business landscape, especially Saudi Arabia.
- Experience in integrated marketing planning and on-ground event execution.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, with excellent communication skills.
- Effective project and stakeholder management skills.
