Job Description
The Marketing Officer is responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and enforcing the visual identity and market visibility of assigned brands. He/She manages marketing activities, including research, planning (with budgeting), validation, coordination, and execution for all assigned brands.
Accountabilities And Responsibilities
- Work in a fast-paced sales environment with predefined short- and medium-term goals and brand strategies, utilizing available financial and marketing intelligence.
- Operate within broadly defined guidelines and variable conditions to meet marketing department objectives.
- Report complex issues, such as deviations from norms, to the Marketing Manager for prompt resolution.
- Assist the marketing manager in managing integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online channels.
- Provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives through competitive and financial analysis.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer requirements and competition.
- Translate complex data and analytical models into actionable insights for marketing strategies.
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- Support outbound and inbound marketing activities, including content development for digital content, advertising, and event planning.
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach target audiences through appropriate channels such as social media, advertising campaigns, and email marketing.
- Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic) to inform future strategies.
- Liaise with relevant parties to ensure proper planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities.
- Stay updated with market and online trends relevant to the brand to ensure campaigns are relevant.
- Maintain awareness of best practices and marketing tools for successful campaigns and promotions.
- Implement digital marketing plans aligned with the division's digital strategy.
- Create visual concepts with designers for promotional content.
- Coordinate with principles for content development.
- Develop marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, ensuring brand guidelines are followed.
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across various mediums.
- Work with external agencies for events and activations.
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
- Understanding of market research, statistical, and data analysis methods.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM).
- Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Resident of KSA.
