Job description

1. Promote Sales
To ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals in the assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing accounts.
Ensure correct and uniform implementation of company strategies.
Conduct sales calls, focusing on high-sales areas for maximum efficiency.
Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the territory.
Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure their requirements are met by the company's products where possible.
Assess current and future customer needs and advise on the application of company products and services accordingly.
Represent Allergan professionally, aligning with the company image, and ensure activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

Prioritize customers and their needs; develop and sustain productive customer relationships.
Actively gather information to understand customer circumstances, problems, expectations, and needs.
Share information with customers to enhance their understanding of issues and capabilities.
