The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Telecom Delivery Executive to lead a long-term engagement in Saudi Arabia. The aspirants must have Hands-on Program delivery of complex Telco projects in a multi-vendor environment managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders (internal/external)
The Delivery Executive is expected to have the following technical expertise in the Telecommunications and Networking domain to manage the program:
Demonstrate expertise in wireless / 4G network architecture, protocols, features and standards
Provide technical guidance and support to the delivery teams and the project management office (PMO) on wireless / 4G network design, configuration, testing and troubleshooting
Evaluate and recommend wireless / 4G network solutions and enhancements to meet client requirements and expectations
Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in wireless / 4G network technology and adhere to the best practices
Main Delivery duties:
Ensure delivery sign-off off proposals ahead of them being assigned to a delivery Engagement Manager
Participate in account strategic plan definition & implementation
Lead commercial management and take part to contract negotiation
Develop a strong relationship with the client key business and IT stakeholders
Govern delivery performance with engagement managers / delivery executives
Drive innovation and continuous service improvements
Shape new deals with the account manager

Our Ideal Candidate:
10+ years of experience in delivery or project management experience with strong experience in end-to-end delivery/program management of complex and large programs. A bachelor's degree is required; MBA is strongly preferred.

Key qualifications include:
Experience working for/with a service company
Strong experience with client-facing and ability to manage expectations
High adaptability and organization skills to navigate complex organizations, clients and projects (multiple stakeholders, multicultural environment, on-shore / off-shore delivery)
Leadership experience in continuous improvement initiatives and operations
Thorough Knowledge of contract management & financial management
Experience working with offshore delivery teams (India, Asia and/or Europe)
Experience in any of the following domains is a plus: Digital Manufacturing, Embedded Software for Medical Devices, Automotive products or Connectivity & Networks
Business level of English & Arabic (MUST)
