Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales operations in the Western Region. This role is responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, executing regional sales strategies, expanding our customer base, and ensuring revenue targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and regional sales targets.
- Oversee the execution of sales strategies tailored to the Western Region's market dynamics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with broader company initiatives.
- Generate and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience with 4 years of proven experience in a sales supervisory or managerial role, preferably within the Western Region.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
