Job Summary:


We are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales operations in the Western Region. This role is responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, executing regional sales strategies, expanding our customer base, and ensuring revenue targets are met.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and regional sales targets.

  • Oversee the execution of sales strategies tailored to the Western Region's market dynamics.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with broader company initiatives.

  • Generate and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.


Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.


Qualifications:



  • At least 8 years of experience with 4 years of proven experience in a sales supervisory or managerial role, preferably within the Western Region.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
