Job description

Required for a Leading Facility Management Company in Saudi Arabia

Position - Hvac Technician

Salary - 2000 + 300 Food Allowance + Accommodation + Transportation + Medical + Insurance Free by Company.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoots, maintains, modifies and repairs heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems and equipment including, reciprocating chillers, 225ton and 190 ton rotary screw chillers, heat exchangers, fans and fan motors
• Performs installation of mechanical systems to include piping and modifications to existing facilitys cooling systems
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on packaged units, split coil systems, air compressors, pumps, air handlers, air cooled condensers, reciprocating chillers, 250 ton centrifugal and 190 ton rotary screw chillers, and various heat exchangers
• Must perform duties and responsibilities of a Journeyman level mechanic with strong a background in HVAC and refrigeration equipment to include hands on experience in operating and troubleshooting industrial systems
• Installation of mechanical systems to include piping and modifications to existingfacilities cooling systems
• Conducting preventive maintenance procedures and use of test equipment Appliances
• Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
• Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
• Sets up, troubleshoots, repairs, tests and calibrates electronic components for EMS computer control
• Must be familiar with Johnson Controls, Siemens, and Alan Bradley Automated Control Systems including VAVs, VFDs, DX-9100 controllers
• Perform any and all duties which may be assigned
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2 years full time Diploma/Trade Certificate in Air Conditioning

• Must have a minimum 10 years’ experience as a AC&R Journeyman Technician

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a luxury hotel

• Must have knowledge of Direct Digital Control Systems (DDC) and their components

• . Age not exceeding 35 years

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills (English language
