Job Description

Our client is currently looking for qualified candidates for a Building Material Sales Director position based in Jeddah. The key responsibilities include:

  1. Formulate and execute strategic plans to expand sales volume and increase market share across the Western Region and beyond.
  2. Cultivate long-term partnerships with developers, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders within the construction ecosystem.
  3. Supervise the preparation of commercial offers, ensuring alignment with project requirements and competitive pricing.
  4. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and business expansion.
  5. Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to meet customer requirements timely and within scope.
  6. Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, setting performance goals and tracking KPIs to ensure targets are met.
  7. Manage negotiations and contracts to ensure compliance with client terms and company policies.
  8. Provide senior management with accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business insights.
Candidate Specifications
  • Preference will be given to Saudi applicants.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing within the construction or industrial sectors, with experience in building materials.
  • Strong understanding of the construction procurement cycle, estimation processes, and supply chain logistics.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and sales performance software.
