# Quality Assurance – Team Leader

Job Description

1. Perform quality inspections for external fabricated parts in accordance with shop drawings, including subsequent release or rejection and proper reporting.
2. Work in accordance with Doka's global quality rules and procedures.
3. Manage workflow and manpower daily based on workload.
4. Execute joint inspections at yard and/or site in communication with client representatives.
5. Inspect, repair, and stock Doka materials.
6. Handle complaints management.
7. Complete relevant forms and data entry.
8. Instruct and lead warehouse operators, assistants, group leaders, team leaders, and material inspectors.
9. Assist with stocktaking and inventory procedures.
10. Coordinate with external suppliers regarding country-specific materials, tools, and equipment.
11. Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.
12. Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and machinery, including data processing.
13. Assist Warehouse OMR with strategic development of the department.
14. Work temporarily as a material inspector or warehouse team leader as needed.
15. Operate forklifts.
16. Handle trailer and/or container loading and offloading, including documentation.

Qualifications
