Four Seasons Hotel is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Restaurant Manager to oversee our
All-Day Dining Restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure an exceptional guest experience aligned with Four Seasons brand standards, efficient service, and seamless team coordination.
This leadership role requires a service-driven professional with a strong background in staff management and operational excellence within a 5-star hospitality environment.
What you will do
Lead and manage all aspects of the all-day dining outlet, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. Maintain and elevate service standards to ensure a luxury dining experience. Oversee daily floor operations, guest relations, reservations, and dining room setup. Develop and train the service team to ensure consistent service excellence and product knowledge. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team on menu planning, food presentation, and seasonal promotions. Monitor and manage restaurant budgets, including labor costs, food costs, and profitability. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving complaints promptly and effectively. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., kitchen, sales, marketing, front office) to support special events, promotions, and VIP experiences. Conduct regular team meetings, briefings, and performance evaluations. Implement operational procedures, SOPs, and staff scheduling to ensure efficiency.
What you bring
Proven experience as a
Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and industry trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent customer service and team management abilities. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. Strong communication skills. Japanese language ability is an advantage.
