A leading hotel in Makkah is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive sales and enhance customer relationships. The ideal candidate will implement sales strategies, oversee major accounts, and ensure guest satisfaction. Strong communication skills and a degree in sales are essential for this role.

Position: Director of Business Development
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing all sales activities, maximizing property’s business opportunities, leading the property's MICE business, and supporting the execution of segment sales strategies to achieve revenue and guest satisfaction goals.
This role acts as the main link between the property and the Area Sales Office, handling all sales-related activities with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships to meet sales objectives.

Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should hold a degree in sales with a minimum of two years of postgraduate experience, ideally within the hotel industry. Computer literacy, excellent presentation skills, and highly sophisticated communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in additional languages and the ability to be nationally and internationally mobile are advantages.

The ideal candidate will have a guest and service-oriented attitude, a proactive approach, and a strong drive for results.
