Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!

In this role, you will support the testing and commissioning of substation automation systems in Saudi Arabia:

1. Substation control and monitoring system design and parameterization
2. Human Machine Interface / SCADA Parameterization
3. BCU and Protection digital relay parameterization for Medium and High Voltage IEDs
4. Substation control and monitoring system commissioning including conduction of functional performance, Factory Acceptance test, and Site Acceptance test with witnesses
5. Prepares technical reports and documentation of the results that include panel drawings, test protocols, SCADA Point list/Module data Checklist
6. Project reporting to the technical Project management
7. Responsible for following EHS guidelines
8. Update with end-user technical standards and regulations
9. Working in a team environment and sharing knowledge
10. Travel all over the kingdom for participation in commissioning activities
11. Implement the cybersecurity in the automation system

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering
• 5-10 years’ Experience as a SAS engineer for Siemens substation automation system SICAM PAS, SICAM SCC, SIMATIC Wincc, SICAM A8000
• Certification of Siemens SICAM PAS, SICAM SCC, SIMATIC Wincc, SICAM A8000 is an advantage
• Knowledge of different protocols in the automation system such as IEC 61850, Modbus, IEC 60870-5-101, IEC 60870-5-102, IEC 60870-5-103, IEC 60870-5-104
• Knowledge of Networking in the automation system IEC 60870-5
• Knowledge of cybersecurity in the automation system
• Knowledge of non-Siemens SAS systems is an advantage
• Having knowledge of programming and scripting
• Written and spoken English language
• Personal skills
