Location and Work Model

Dammam or Jeddah, Saudi Arabia | Remote

About the Role

The Business Development Executive will be responsible to generate sales from Saudi Arabia and be accountable for the overall performance of the assigned territory. Also, will be responsible to establish and build sustainable relationships with their customers and reseller partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement comprehensive sales plan that would contribute towards revenue and profit achievements.
  • Negotiate significant profitable opportunities both with new and existing key accounts.
  • Drive lead generation and conversion efforts, leveraging your sales acumen to nurture prospects and achieve successful sales outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver the right solutions to customers and ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress and relevant activities in salesforce, contributing to informed decision-making.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master’s in business administration, engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in technical sales, including lead generation, nurturing and conversion.
  • Working Knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook.
  • Exceptional ability to analyse and resolve complex technical issues efficiently and provide effective solutions to meet customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Flexibility to handle diverse challenges and environments.
  • Sales Experience in Aviation, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, R&D accounts a plus.
  • Convey essential information clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.
