Job description

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager – Media Show Production to lead media and show production efforts. This key role involves developing high-quality media content and creating engaging show experiences across various entertainment projects.

Responsibilities:

• Promote QIC's commitment to health and safety, empowering teams to exercise ‘Stop Work’ authority and follow safety protocols.
• Lead by example, embodying Qiddiya's leadership principles and inspiring junior team members to excel while fostering a culture of safety and innovation.
• Provide regular updates on media production progress, challenges, and achievements to the Project Executive, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Manage tendering and contract processes, ensuring input from relevant stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Enhance collaboration across departments and with external partners to ensure smooth integration of media and show elements.
• Supervise the media production process, working with consultants to ensure compliance with project specifications and QIC's Ways of Working (WOW).
• Engage with stakeholders and contractors to define project requirements and develop innovative production solutions that meet high standards.
• Oversee review and approval of media materials, ensuring they meet creative, technical, and operational standards.
• Conduct workshops and mock-ups with external experts to identify and resolve integration challenges early.
• Evaluate media consultant submissions for quality and compliance with processes.
• Distribute critical media and show production information efficiently to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Coordinate on-site media and show integration, ensuring all deliverables meet commercial, creative, and technical objectives.
• Assist other QIC divisions with media and show production needs as required.
• Prepare and present reports on media initiatives to senior management to support project strategy and decision-making.
