Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all computer systems, networks, and hardware within the organization. Provide technical support and assistance to all SALIC employees.

Functional Responsibilities

1. Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner.
2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, identify the root cause, and implement necessary solutions.
3. Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
4. Lead the installation and maintenance of software systems, including operating systems and business applications.
5. Set up new hardware and software, including user accounts and security settings.
6. Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and systems.
7. Configure and monitor network devices, ensure optimal performance and security.
8. Maintain computer equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
9. Conduct regular backups of data and implement disaster recovery procedures.
