About the Location

Soon to be a premier luxury beachside destination, The Red Sea will feature natural islands and lagoons along 200 km of coastline in Saudi Arabia, between Umluj and Al Wajh. The Four Seasons Resort on Shura Island will include 149 rooms and suites with stunning views, six restaurants and lounges, meeting and event spaces, a marine discovery center, Kids for All Seasons, and more. The resort will offer activities such as water sports, a spa, tennis courts, pools, and beaches, all built with sustainable practices and renewable energy, with conservation zones to protect the environment.

About The Role

As the Security Supervisor at Four Seasons Red Sea, you will oversee daily security operations to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property. Your responsibilities include implementing and enforcing security policies, documenting incidents, and coordinating with external authorities as needed.

Knowledge And Skills

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Experience in managing lifesaving or property protection situations.
• Training in CPR, first aid, firefighting, and crowd control.
• Police or security experience is highly desirable.
