Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager specializing in Mobility to join our procurement team. Reporting directly to the Director of Procurement and Contract Management, you will be responsible for overseeing all procurement activities related to our mobility operations, including land guest fleet, marina and waterways operations, Including support to their respective maintenance teams. As a key member of our team, you will support the setup of business processes and system development to drive the efficiency of procurement in supporting the operations in our newly established subsidiary.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Mobility procurement activities including land fleet, marine vessels, and maintenance equipment.
• Develop and support Operation teams implement strategic procurement plans for guest transport fleets, marina operations, and marine maintenance facilities
• Manage complex vendor relationships and negotiate competitive contracts with suppliers across the mobility categories, including expanding and improving the current supplier database and ensure Compliance.
• Utilize SAP for procurement processes, stock management, and follow the financial reporting.
• Collaborate with our experienced SAP implementation team to improve system functionality, workflows, and reporting capabilities, through providing all our mobility specific input and requirements for SAP enhancements and customizations.
• Assist in testing and validating SAP improvements related to mobility procurement processes, for continuous improvement.
• Assume the responsibilities of the Director of Procurement in meetings or tasks while being away from the Project site, as per the RSG delegation of authority
• Support the team who is working on leveraging our existing Aconex system for document control, procurement approvals, and workflow management
• Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies, sustainability standards, and relevant regulations
• Collaborate with operations teams to understand technical requirements and execute approved procurement plans into effective procurement specifications and establish a solid tracking system to ensure procurement on target and on cost reflecting best value.
• Support establishing and maintaining a solid inventory management system for spare parts and consumables across our mobility operations.
• Develop contingency procurement plans considering our remote location and potential supply chain challenges, or the best use for Cash purchase (in case of contingency).
• Monitor market trends and ensure introduce new suppliers, or better mobility solutions (exploring possible tenders and recommend effective contracts with new suppliers) maintaining operational efficiency
• Prepare comprehensive procurement reports and analytics for Executive management review
• Work together, mentor and develop procurement team members specializing in mobility categories (specialist directly working within mobility teams)
Qualifications
• Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or related field; (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years in Procurement Management (fleet management, marine operations, or related mobility sectors - is an advantage).
• Knowledge using Aconex for procurement workflow management and document control - is an advantage.
• Demonstrated success in managing procurement for remote operations with complex logistics requirements.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or luxury services industry preferred.
• Experience with sustainable fleet procurement and marine equipment maintenance preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success in complex, high-value purchases and contracts.
• Experience working in cross-cultural environments and managing international suppliers and stakeholders.
• Experience with Procurement systems, system improvements, or module expansions strongly preferred.
Location/Working Conditions
• Full-time position based at our Red Sea location (Near Umluj)
• On-site accommodation provided as part of the employment package
• Work environment includes both office-based activities and planned visits to marina, maintenance yards, and fleet operations (within the Project site)
