About the Role:

At .Monks, we are seeking an accomplished and visionary Senior Account Director to drive strategic client partnerships at the critical intersection of creativity, digital innovation, and technology. As one of the world's leading creative production partners, .Monks is looking for a proactive leader who can both nurture and expand high-value client relationships while steering the strategic direction of digital campaigns for globally recognised brands.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary senior point of contact and trusted advisor for executive-level clients, responsible for overseeing and growing complex, multi-brand, multi-market partnerships.
  2. Own client business goals and outcomes, advising clients on high-impact digital strategies, transformative new product launches, and integrated brand campaigns across the customer journey.
  3. Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-disciplinary account team, collaborating with creative, production, media, and technology leaders to deliver best-in-class work that consistently exceeds client objectives.
  4. Identify and pursue business development opportunities, expanding client remits and driving organic growth through consultative selling, innovation, and a deep understanding of clients' industries and competitive landscapes.
  5. Translate client needs into actionable briefs, championing the delivery of outstanding work while ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
  6. Deliver against ambitious monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, actively contributing to agency growth by cultivating lasting, strategic client relationships.
  7. Represent .Monks at industry events and pitches, demonstrating thought leadership and showcasing our capabilities, case studies, and culture to C-suite stakeholders.
  8. Partner closely with senior producers and technical leads to accurately scope, price, and manage sophisticated digital production projects.
  9. Remain at the forefront of digital trends, emerging platforms, and technology shifts, guiding clients through change and championing innovation.
  10. Resolve client challenges with poise, using strategic insight and influence to deliver successful outcomes that reinforce our value as a partner.

About You:

The Essentials:

  1. 8+ years of progressive agency experience in account management, digital production, or digital strategy, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
  2. 3+ years experience working in KSA.
  3. A proven track record of managing large-scale, interdisciplinary accounts for global brands, including digital product launches, integrated campaigns, and innovation projects.
  4. Executive presence with the ability to build trusted client relationships at the CMO/VP level, providing strategic counsel and business-driving ideas.
  5. Exceptional proposal writing, negotiation, and presentation skills, able to articulate and sell in both creative and technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.
  6. Highly strategic thinker with hands-on knowledge of current digital marketing channels, platforms (including emerging social platforms such as TikTok), and best practices.
  7. Adept at managing, motivating, and leading multifunctional teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented agency environment.
  8. Fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills; additional language skills a plus.
  9. Passionate about digital creativity, technology innovation, and building an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
