As we expand our operations in Jeddah, we are recruiting a Senior Reservation Agent with proven experience in the DMC industry and strong bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English.

Role Summary:

The Senior Reservation Agent will manage all aspects of the reservation process for both individual travelers and groups, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to on-ground execution. The position involves close coordination with the logistics, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment across all stages of the guest journey. Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily inquiries from B2C and B2B clients, including initial quotes, itinerary building, and reservation confirmations.
• Manage FIT and group bookings, ensuring that all services, accommodation, transport, activities, guides—are secured and confirmed in a timely manner.
• Input and maintain accurate records of all reservations using the company’s booking platform.
• Collaborate with the logistics and ground operations team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of services on the ground.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to align reservation details with commercial agreements, client expectations, and upselling opportunities.
• Work in collaboration with the marketing team to ensure accurate and updated product descriptions and packages are reflected in sales materials and communications.
• Proactively follow up on pending quotations, payments, and special requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any booking-related issues or last-minute changes before and during the client's trip.
• Support the operations and finance teams by maintaining accurate service costs and supplier invoicing records.
• Provide input to improve reservation processes, tools, and service quality standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a DMC reservation department with proven handling of FITs and group bookings.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong familiarity with reservation systems; experience with Odoo is highly advantageous.
• Well-organized, with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Team player with strong communication and cross-departmental coordination skills.
• Knowledge of the Saudi tourism landscape, including destinations, service providers, and cultural expectations.
