Qualifications

• 10 years experience in construction field in Saudi Arabia.
• Good knowledge of Site Construction on major oil and gas projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily reports and monitor manpower productivity.
• Assist project Engineer/Construction Manager for daily execution supervision.
• Monitor heavy construction activities including concrete and excavation.

Job description

·Prepare daily reports and submit to construction manager.

·Monitor manpower productivity rate in accordance to the Company minimum standard

·Monitor manpower deployment and delegation as per the approved baseline program and milestone dates.

·Assist project Engineer/Construction Manager for daily execution supervision.

·Prepare daily progress in terms of Quantity and materials used

·Follow up material schedule of submittal and their procurement

·Review inspectors reports for completeness

·Monitor heavy construction activities including concrete, pilling, excavation etc.

·Monitor all stages on the progress of work and compare the overall progress status (Actual vs. Planned)

·Participate in the evaluation for prequalification to the prospective sub-contractors and suppliers

·Review of shop drawings submitted by the contractor with respect to approved design drawings

·Final handing over of projects.

Skills

·Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in civil Engineer

·10 Years experience in construction field in Saudi Arabia

·Good knowledge of Site Construction on a major oil and gas project

·Knowledge of heavy concrete activities and equipment foundations and structure

·Understanding and Communication in English

·Availability of safe and low-cost alternative solutions
