We’re looking for a Sales Consultant

The Sales Consultant is a key role in the Aggreko business, responsible for developing and delivering the sales and marketing strategy to drive growth in your Sector.

You will manage an account portfolio, focusing on growth within current customers, re-engaging lapsed clients, and prospecting new clients. The role involves a 40%/60% split between new business prospecting and existing account growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Target, develop, and acquire customers within your territory sales plan
  • Motivated to meet and exceed revenue and sales KPIs
  • Ensure appropriate pricing for non-rental costs (Fuel, Freight & Rehire)
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Follow Aggreko’s sales process and CRM/CPQ protocols (Salesforce)
  • Meet minimum sales activity and CRM & CPQ compliance requirements
  • Monitor and analyze legislative impacts on key accounts
  • Propose fleet and service developments to meet customer and legislative needs
Skills and Experience
  • Degree in sales or a technical discipline, or
  • At least 5 years of successful high-level sales experience in industrial services
  • Experience selling or renting capital equipment, or technical/engineering solutions
  • Target-driven and results-oriented
  • Solution-oriented entrepreneurial mindset, out-of-the-box thinking
  • Proficiency in English; regional language skills are a plus
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Valid KSA driving license
  • Preference for Saudi Nationals
