Job Purpose

As Operations Supervisor E-Commerce, you will oversee the full lifecycle of our online order operations across the Kingdom. This includes managing logistics, inventory coordination, order fulfillment, and customer service. You'll be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations, optimizing the customer experience, and achieving our strategic digital sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to increase online sales across beauty, fashion, and fragrance categories.
  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients, including retailers, e-commerce platforms, beauty salons, spas, and specialized marketplaces.
  • Generate qualified B2B leads through digital sales channels, online advertising, and B2B platforms.
  • Expand partnerships with major retail chains, luxury fashion outlets, fragrance distributors, and subscription services.
  • Oversee and enhance the B2B sales process through the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless bulk ordering experience.
  • Offer tailored services such as custom packaging or exclusive product lines based on client needs.
  • Lead and guide the B2B e-commerce sales team, setting clear targets and driving performance across key categories.
  • Track performance using CRM tools and e-commerce analytics, and adapt strategies based on insights.
  • Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely deliveryespecially during peak demand periods.
  • Leverage sales data, conversion metrics, and market trends to continuously improve B2B strategies and outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B account management within the retail or fragrance sectors.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
  • Solid understanding of sales platforms and B2B marketing tools.
  • Excellent Arabic and English language skills (spoken and written).
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across departments including Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data and reports to guide business decisions.
