The position is primarily responsible for supporting Beckman Coulter’s customers by educating end-users on BCI test menu and instruments, and providing the needed technical support, training, and troubleshooting within the specified territory of the assigned country. Expected travel and time management involve 80% of time spent in the field visiting customers. Product Line: Diagnostics.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:


  1. Drive sales growth in the assigned territory or market segment, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategic customer accounts.
  2. Deliver product presentations, demos, and technical support to clients.
  3. Assist in developing sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns.
  4. Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and customer needs.
  5. Support customers post-sale through onboarding, training, and application optimization.
  6. Attend industry trade shows, seminars, and conferences as a company representative.
  7. Determine technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications.
  8. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to parameters, calibration, and quality control.
  9. Develop and deliver product training to end users and supporting field associates (sales and service).
  10. Attend internal or external meetings related to Beckman Coulter product portfolio.
  11. Support channel partners' field associates and customers with clinical expertise.
  12. Develop and support customers regarding External Quality Control (RIQAS).
  13. Ensure the installed base receives adequate clinical support and support channel partners when needed.
  14. Build long-term relationships with end users in the assigned territory by meeting their needs.
  15. Expand the test menu and product portfolio of Beckman Coulter International.
  16. Conduct onsite training for new installations and ensure the installed base receives adequate clinical support.
  17. Support the implementation of projects on the clinical side.
  18. Occasionally support customers over the phone.
  19. Work closely with both service and sales teams.

The essential requirements of the job include:


  • 5+ years of experience with a B.Sc. degree in Life Sciences, Medical Lab, Diagnostic, or Laboratory experience is a MUST.
  • Clinical and commercial driven individual.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic, with the ability to build excellent relationships with stakeholders including end-users, purchasing agents, and distributors.
  • Highly agile and flexible, as extensive travel is required.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi Arabia market.
