Job Overview :

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the company's executives, as well as providing support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Manage and maintain the executives' schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
  2. Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external stakeholders
  3. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
  4. Conduct research and gather information for various projects and presentations
  5. Assist with the planning and execution of company events and meetings
  6. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  7. Maintain and update company databases and records
  8. Attend meetings and take accurate minutes
  9. Assist with the creation and distribution of company-wide communications
  10. Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the executives
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
