Job description

The right candidate will need to have a strong Hospitality background, with experience working with major hotel brands, from ideas to delivery. They should be a hospitality thought leader capable of leading a design studio, motivating and developing teams, and possessing strong presentation skills for clients.

Required profile

Requirements:

1. 15+ years of experience in designing high-end hospitality projects.
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree from renowned universities in interior design, architecture, or equivalent.
3. Prior experience leading design teams or studios.
4. Experience working at a senior or director level for the past 3-5 years.
5. Experience with globally recognized hospitality interior design firms.
6. Hands-on experience managing hospitality projects from inception to completion.
7. Knowledge of materials, fabrics, furnishings, furniture, lighting, and fittings in the hospitality field.
8. Fluency in both written and spoken English.
9. Excellent graphical and communication skills.
10. Position based in the Middle East.
