Associate Business Analyst

Penta Consulting supports technology resource solutions across EMEA. We're currently supporting an enterprise customer who is specializing in AI & Automations. We are looking for a Business Analyst to work onsite in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh).

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with a decent understanding of finance operations to lead the process discovery, requirement gathering, and future-state process design for an Agentic AI Proof of Concept (POC). The role will involve close collaboration with local finance teams, capturing current workflows, designing to-be processes, and identifying areas for AI-driven automation and optimization.

Skills

Qualifications & Experience:

• 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in finance operations and AI/automation projects.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes (AP, AR, reconciliations, financial reporting, etc.).
• Experience with business process modelling (BPMN, UML, or similar methodologies).
• Familiarity with AI-driven automation, RPA, or Agentic AI concepts
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
