# Kearney, KNet-Technical Analyst
Full-time Middle East & Africa Dubai, Riyadh

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as the KnowledgeNet representative and technical contact for the Office Manager and local A.T. Kearney staff at any office or remote location (e.g., client sites, airports, hotels, or home offices).
2. Ensure rapid return to live operations in a dynamic environment, including asset loan/shell swaps when necessary.
3. Maintain spares of each model for a "hot swap" process, track spares accurately in TrackIT, and optimize spares holdings based on experience and cost-effectiveness.

Who You Are

• Hold 3+ years of experience in a professional services or corporate environment, preferably with experience working in international teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational skills and proven customer service abilities.
• Proactive in fast-paced environments.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10, 11, and Windows Server 2008, 2012.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 2013, 2016, Office365, especially MS Exchange and MS Outlook.
• Familiarity with AT Kearney standard software and hardware, including Microsoft tools, Lenovo, and Apple hardware.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of high-level networking (routers, switches, connectivity).
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS protocols.
