Senior Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our dynamic team! If you have extensive experience in hydrocarbon processing/utilities units within the oil/gas or refinery industries, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Under the responsibility of the Head of Process Department, and after an initial period of integration, you will be in charge of:

1. Support the process design activities in all project phases, starting from conceptual design up to the detailed engineering phase.
2. Manage external interfaces with the customer, suppliers, and subcontractors for all technological related aspects.
3. Coordinate with the project management, engineering, and construction team for project execution.
4. Support in the preparation of technical proposals.

Requirements:

We'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

• Experience: at least 10 years of successful experience in process design (simulation, PFD, equipment data sheet, and P&IDs preparation). Proficiency in design tools, guides, and project codes. Understanding of economic principles and project impact.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Languages: English (Professional).
• Nice to have: knowledge in Energy Transition.

Main Skills:

• Knowledge of process design methods and tools, familiar with process simulators software (ASPEN, Hysys, PROII, others).
• Familiar with managing all aspects of process engineering design: Process/equipment design and hydraulic calculations, preparation of PFDs, P&IDs, Process Data Sheets, etc.
• Familiar with Project cycle review, HAZOPs, and design practices.
• Familiar with applicable regulations, codes, and standards.
• GCC experience, particularly Saudi Aramco experience, will be preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and within a team.
• Good communication skills.
