On behalf of our French client with an established presence in the Middle East, Linkk Search is recruiting a skilledOperations Managerto oversee and manage the daily operations of their KSA newly launched branch.

The ideal candidate must have a background in festive illuminations, event management, or lighting industries, along with hands-on operational expertise. This role requires a proactive approach to site management, team leadership, and project execution, ensuring high-quality standards and efficiency in all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the execution of festive illumination and event projects across Saudi Arabia, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Oversee operational workflows from planning to on-site execution, maintaining efficiency and quality.

Lead and coordinate on-site teams, including technicians, supervisors, and subcontractors, upholding safety and performance standards.

Manage logistics, material procurement, and equipment deployment for seamless project execution.

Implement operational processes and improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Enforce and monitor health, safety, and environmental regulations across all project sites.

Collaborate with the KSA Country Manager and cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals.

Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and monitor costs to maximize operational profitability.

Provide regular progress reports and operational insights to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related fields).

5+ years experience in operations management, preferably in festive illuminations, event production, or lighting industries.

Strong team leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of site operations, logistics, and lighting/event installations.

Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English is required.

Familiarity with HSE standards and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience managing large-scale outdoor lighting projects and event setups.

Hands-on knowledge of lighting installations, power distribution, and event logistics.

Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, electrical systems, and engineering specifications.

Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

Benefits & Compensation:

Salary SAR 25,000 net per month

Yearly Housing allowance: on top of salary package(To Be Agreed)
