About Our Client

Our client helps construction companies enhance safety, optimize labor productivity, and automate workforce logistics.

The VP of Sales will lead the company’s sales strategy and execution, driving revenue growth through partnerships in the construction and giga-project sectors. This role will focus on building relationships with key clients in Saudi Arabia. The VP of Sales will oversee the sales team, optimize processes, and work closely with marketing and customer success to ensure alignment and long-term revenue success.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy & Execution :

  • Develop and execute the company's sales strategy, focusing on large-scale clients in construction, real estate, and IoT technology.
  • Drive business development, particularly in key markets like KSA giga-projects, and securing new revenue streams.
  • Ensure the sales team is aligned with company goals, product offerings, and customer needs.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring effective pipeline management, deal execution, and customer acquisition.
  • Establish sales processes and performance metrics to track progress and continuously improve results.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing to ensure seamless lead generation and brand positioning.

Partnerships & Key Accounts :

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with strategic partners and large accounts, focusing on key clients.
  • Identify and secure framework agreements with major real estate owners and giga-projects, driving long-term growth.
  • Maintain deep relationships with decision-makers to expand the company's footprint in critical markets.

Revenue Growth & Market Expansion :

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the company's presence both regionally and globally.
  • Drive the company's growth strategy, targeting mega-projects where the need for workforce management and IoT solutions is critical.
  • Align sales efforts with broader company initiatives to maximize revenue potential and ensure consistent growth.

Customer-Centric Approach :

  • Ensure a customer-first approach, working closely with the customer success team to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue per client.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

  • Experience: 10+ years in sales leadership roles, ideally within construction, real estate, or technology sectors. Experience working with large clients or mega-projects is highly valued.
  • Domain expertise: SaaS / ideally construction or related industry (Strong preference for Construction Technology).
  • Proven track record: Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth, leading sales teams, and expanding into new markets.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and scale a sales organization.
  • Strategic vision: Ability to craft and execute long-term sales strategies supporting the company's vision of revolutionizing construction through IoT solutions.
  • Customer focus: Deep understanding of customer needs within construction and real estate industries, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions.
  • Analytical: Data-driven mindset to track sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
