Job description

Requirements:

• Develop and maintain the overall architecture for Epicor ERP, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Define and enforce ERP system design principles, standards, and best practices.
• Lead technical design sessions and code reviews.
• Oversee the implementation of Epicor modules and customizations.
• Design and integrate third-party systems and APIs with Epicor ERP.
• Ensure seamless data migration and system transitions.
• collaborate with business units to gather requirements and align ERP capabilities with strategic goals.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business leaders.
• Provide technical leadership to ERP development and support teams.
• Mentor junior architects, developers, and analysts on Epicor best practices.
• Troubleshoot system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
• Monitor system performance and optimize as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (ideally versions 10 and Kinetic).
• 3+ years in an ERP architecture or senior technical leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Epicor tools (BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, customizations).
• Experience with C#, SQL Server, SSRS, REST APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Expertise in business process design and ERP configuration across multiple modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
