Job description

We are Mohammad Khalaf Establishment, a growing company that owns a chain of restaurants and cafés located in Jeddah and Makkah.

Our portfolio includes franchised brands such as Blanca Pizzeria, Hemi cafe,8oz cafe and Sweet bread Bakery . In addition to these, we proudly own our exclusive local brand, Shai Plus. As part of our expansion and brand development, we are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Officer to support our marketing goals and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
  • Create and design digital marketing materials using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (paid and organic)
  • Respond to and monitor Google Reviews, analyze customer feedback, and suggest improvements
  • Develop and implement monthly and yearly marketing plans in coordination with the management
  • Draft and manage marketing contracts with influencers, content creators, or agencies
  • Understand and apply digital platform algorithms and trends to maximize reach and engagement
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide performance analysis reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer service, operations) for marketing needs
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
  • Strong knowledge of graphic design tools and digital content creation
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and online campaign management
  • Solid understanding of social media algorithms and SEO basics
  • Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
